How Long will it take to get an estimate? – We pride ourselves in responding quickly and following through on all inquires. Verbal quotes over the phone can be given somewhat instantly as a range but usually need some revision. The time it takes to estimate a particular remodel or repair project will vary depending upon the complexity of the work being evaluated. Repairing a leak or replacing some fascia is dramatically less involved than remodeling a kitchen or building a home addition. In either case, you can be assured that we value your time as well as ours. Most estimates for repairs are ready for your review in 1 day or sooner depending on the scope and a larger estimate such as a complete kitchen renovation can take a few days to a week or so depending on how much redesign of the existing space is needed. Please know that The Home Company does not “low ball” estimates simply to get you interested. We take the time and make the effort to know the project and create a real cost picture so that you can make an informed decision for any work you’re considering having us do.
